Privacy policy & terms of use
What we collect when you contact Loop Dimension, why, for how long, who helps us process it, and how to have it corrected or removed. Effective 15 September 2026.
Loop Dimension handles personal information under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. The Korean version of this page is the official one.
01Why we process personal information
Loop Dimension ("we") processes personal information only for the purposes below and does not use it for anything else. If a purpose changes, we will tell you and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.
- Replying to enquiries and quote requests, holding consultations and preparing scopes and quotes
- Concluding and performing contracts: project communication, delivery, support, invoicing and payment
- Understanding how the website is used, in statistical form, so we can improve it

We do not collect sensitive information, unique identification numbers such as resident registration numbers, or information about children under 14. Please do not include such information in your message.
03How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner at any time.
04How we destroy it
When the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we destroy personal information without delay. Information we must keep under another law is stored separately from other data and used for no other purpose.
- Electronic files: deleted using methods that cannot be recovered
- Paper documents: shredded
05Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information or give it to third parties. The only exceptions are when you have separately agreed, or when a law requires it (for example, a lawful request from an investigative authority).
06Service providers that process it for us
We use the following providers to run the website and deliver your messages. Our agreements with them require them to protect the information and use it only for the work below.

07Transfers outside Korea
Some providers store information on servers outside Korea. Under Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the details are:

If you do not want your enquiry transferred abroad, contact us by phone instead of the form. You can refuse analytics as described under Cookies; the site works the same either way.
08Your rights and how to use them
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop us processing it. Contact the privacy officer below by email, phone or letter; you may also ask someone to act for you with a written authorisation. We respond within 10 days.
- Access — a copy of what we hold about you
- Correction or deletion — fixing or removing it
- Suspension — stopping processing, or withdrawing consent
Some requests can be limited where another law requires us to keep the information, for example tax records.
09How we keep it safe
- Management: only staff who need it can access personal information
- Technical: encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected administrator access, access control and security updates
- Physical: documents and devices kept in access-controlled places

13Changes to this policy
This policy applies from 15 September 2026. We announce changes on this page before they take effect. If the English and Korean versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

Information on this site
This website describes our services in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer or a price. Scope, schedule, price and payment terms for a project are set only in a written quote or contract signed by both sides, which takes precedence over this site.
Rights in the content
Projects shown in the portfolio belong to the clients who commissioned them and are published with their permission. Client names, logos and reviews belong to their owners. The text, design and code of this website belong to Loop Dimension and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Links to other services
Links to other websites and services, such as client products or KakaoTalk, are provided for convenience. Those services are run by others under their own terms and privacy policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes about the use of this website are handled by the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
