What we collect when you contact Loop Dimension, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.
01What we collect
Only what you send us. When you email or call about a project we hold your name, your company, your contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us about the work. This site runs no advertising trackers and we never buy contact data.
02Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a scope and quote, and keep the records a contract requires. Nothing else. We do not send marketing email unless you ask to be on a list.
03How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within one year. Where a contract exists, records are held for the period Korean commercial and tax law requires, then destroyed.
04Third parties
We do not sell or share your information. Our email and file storage providers process it on our behalf under contract, and nothing leaves those systems for another purpose.
05Your rights
You can ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to the address below and we will act within thirty days.

The work shown on this site belongs to the clients who commissioned it and is published with their permission. Our own writing, code samples and this site's design remain ours. Prices shown are starting figures, not offers; a project is governed by its signed scope, which takes precedence over anything stated here.
