Getting started
How does a project start?
With a free consultation. We map the problem, agree the scope in writing, and only then quote. No charge until the scope is signed.
I only have an idea. Is that enough to get in touch?
Yes. Many projects start as a few sentences. In the free consultation we help you turn the idea into a written scope — what to build first, what can wait, and what it will cost.
What do you need from us?
One decision-maker who can approve scope, and access to the people who understand the current process. That is genuinely most of it.
Can you work on a website or app we already have?
Yes — fixes, new features and ongoing care for existing products are part of what we do. We start by reviewing the current code and setup, then tell you plainly what is worth keeping.
Do you work with clients outside Korea?
Yes. We work in English and Korean, and have built projects for clients in Korea and abroad.
Cost & payment
How much does a project cost?
It depends on what needs to be built, so we don't publish fixed prices. After a free consultation you receive a written quote, and nothing is charged until you sign it.
How is payment staged?
Three stages — 30% to begin, 40% at the build review, 30% on deployment. Longer engagements move to monthly invoicing.
What happens if we want to change something mid-project?
The project follows its signed scope. If you want something different, we first agree the change — what it involves and what it costs — in writing, and only then build it.
Ownership & contracts
Who owns the code?
You do. On final payment the repository, documentation and all intellectual property transfer to you in full. We keep no licence over your product.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before the first technical conversation if you prefer. Send yours or use ours.
Is there a written contract?
Yes. Every project is governed by a signed scope document that sets out what will be built, the schedule and the price.
During the project
How long does a project take?
It depends on size, and the schedule is agreed in the written scope. Projects in our portfolio have taken anywhere from about two weeks to ten months.
Will we see progress while it's being built?
Yes. Screens are designed and approved before development starts, and there is a build review before the second payment — so you never pay for work you haven't seen.
What technology do you use?
Whatever fits the project and is easy to maintain. Recent projects used React for the web, React Native and Flutter for apps, Python, Node.js and Django on the server, and PyTorch for AI work.
After launch
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of included support for anything we built. After that, a monthly retainer if you want us on call — optional, never automatic.
What do we receive at the end?
The working product, the full source code repository and its documentation — everything you need to run it yourself or hand it to another team.
